Yoga Instructor & Massage Therapist
Denise is certified massage therapist, Reiki practitioner, and a registered yoga teacher since 2004. She was certified for Yoga by Michael Johnson of Clearlight Yoga Shala and became a certified as a massage therapist at the Flint School of Therapeutic Massage.
Her practice specialty is backs & back injuries, in the 90’s she suffered from a herniated disk, to which she accredits much recovery to her yoga practice, as well as her patients and positive physical awareness. Her classes’ emphasize respecting the body & taking the time it takes to get into a good correctly aligned position.

You can contact “Natural Health Massage Therapy” center, 25869 Kelly Rd, Roseville, for times when she is there giving massage or to make an appointment. Reiki shares are done weekly on Tuesdays and held at Natural Health Massage Therapy.
