We will come to you! No smelly awkward gyms, long contracts, or insecure moments that might cause you to delay your fitness development. James will come directly to your home, office, or any space that you have available, where comfort & convenience are yours. James will get to know you on a one to one level, or one of his community of instructors, if he can't work into your schedule.
Yoga Anywhere
Yoga is a growing and joyful practice that involves rigorous postures (asanas), health enriching breathing practices (pranayama), and meditations that are both calming & centering. The practice can be designed around beginners or those looking to work up a sweat. Very little space is required for these classes, almost any office space will do. Your own Yoga mat is always a good idea, but we have clean ones that we supply as well.
THE COST:
One On One training fee: $30 Private session
"Yoga Anywhere" Group fee: $5 per person (min 4
people.)
Women’s Self-Defense
In dangerous times, much of what would seem common sense is lost to panic. This is the greatest advantage of the attacker. Come in and learn some of your most powerful skills in defense and take away some of that advantage. James has nearly 10 years of martial arts practice and several belts in different styles. His knowledge on the subject is diverse, but he cuts through the red tape to offer you what you need to know. Your safety & well-being is our only concern! These women's self-defense classes are offered to any business, community group, large families, or individual seeking such advice. The class is usually one session 3-4 hours (though it could be broken up into two sessions).
Senior Chair Exercises
One of the very special classes we offer is an enjoyable 45 minute senior adult chair exercise. Using exercise sticks, weights, resistance bands, and chair yoga, we give the senior community a good work out filled with Jim’s unique personality & humor.
This program is offered to senior & retirement homes and senior recreation centers.
Our goal is these classes is to:
Increase balance
Restore some lost upper body fitness
Develop leg strength
Improve limb coordination & range of motion
Improve daily stamina & moods with positive activity
And make it easier to perform the general activities of day to day life.
