A NEW POTENTIAL IS LOOMING!
Many of my students have been long asking me for a video class of my own. Well I have begun talks with a director associate of mine about filming two classes. A basic slow flow and a Level 2 class!!
I will need student volunteers for this project (note the volunteer part). When this project is done i will be able to provide students with these as well as offering the videos here on this sight for all to watch and hopefully practice along with!
Thanks for visiting!

Fitness Is For Everyone!
Do you think that private fitness is only for the rich, the stars, and the eccentric jet setters? Well you’d probably be right if it weren’t for companies like ours. New Reflection Fitness believes that fitness & health are for everyone. We offer fitness training at many levels from children to adult to senior.
In home classes, one on one training, lunchtime corporate office workouts, after work sessions and more of James own style of Pilates, kickboxing, and Yoga mix or a solid Yoga only practice.
If you have a basement, empty studio, or large mostly vacant office, we’ll come out and train with you or your group.
We even do charity, auction, & local community events, just give us a call!
What’s The Catch?
My personal prices are low, my goals are to help as many get healthier and discover yoga not to become rich, though I must still eat. Group classes run just $5 per person, with a 4 person min, some destinations that are a further drive I may require a slightly larger group. An in home one on one training sessions are just $30 each. We encourage you to involve your friends, family, co-workers, & teens to join!
